The easiest way to request help is by emailing the helpdesk at SUPPORT@DATABARN.NET or finding the DATA BARN SUPPORT contact in your address book.

If you’ve been directed here to install our remote support agent, click the above link to download the installation file. Run the file and accept the usual prompts. You will not get a progress bar or completion alert - that is normal.

If you’ve had portal credentials supplied to you, you can go to our SUPPORT PORTAL or just browse to support.databarn.net and view pending tickets for you and your company.

This is in fact a product name and not a description of how quickly you will receive support - so unless you have been directed to this page and to ‘Click the Quicksupport Button’, you are encouraged not to flippantly mess with this one!
