The easiest way to request help is by emailing the helpdesk at SUPPORT@DATABARN.NET or finding the DATA BARN SUPPORT contact in your address book.

If you’ve been directed here to install our remote support agent, click the above link to download the installation file. Run the file and accept the usual prompts. You will not get a progress bar or completion alert - that is normal.

If you’ve had portal credentials supplied to you, you can go to our SUPPORT PORTAL or just browse to and view pending tickets for you and your company.
